It seems that you don't understand what Destructoid has a problem with. Their issue is mainly with purchased games having a mandatory install on your hard drive, not optional ones, which they think actually are a benefit. I don't necessarily think a demo qualifies for this, as it's a demo after all...but I don't know, I guess you can make an issue out of that as well. :/
Hopefully this is an issue with Capcom, not giving you the option, and not the PS3, but only more games will tell.
I think her name tag says ISA, it's probably Evelyn from KZ: Liberation but I haven't played the game to know for sure.
Not surprised, since that GamePro interview where Jaffe stated that he was planning to have a meeting with the team regarding the story in February, I wouldn't expect the game to ship within a year...not sure if I'd want that either.
