You way overestimate indie development. For every good indie game there is a hundred crap ones. I mean, what do we argue about here on n4g on a daily basis? That's right, AAA games. Exactly what you said but that will never happen because Bungee is too worried about pr and the shit that's being said about them on the Internet by the vocal minority. Here's an idea Bungee, instead of worrying about what ghost sounds like make him useful. Shit, even if he only picked up engrams and ammo for you that would at least justify the inventory slot that ghost occupies.

I think he's saying that because naughty dog doesn't crap out sequels like the Activisions and EAs of the world so the next last of us game will have at least a couple years development after uncharted.
Good blog. I'm not sure if you know this but I was wondering if you knew what the age demographic was of the people who watch games on youtube? I think you and everyone else here is grossly overlooking the biggest factor here; when the Sony store and Microsoft Store are the only places to buy games it will effectively eliminate all competition which will be nothing but bad for all gamers.

The developers statement was taken out of context and turned into a headline soo yeah, it is click bait. Basically the developer says that it was harder to program for the ps4 than the pc. Holy shit stop the presses, pc is easier to develop for than a console. Nearly everything gaming bolt does is click bait.
You can't compare pc specs to console specs, it's apples and oranges. A game that's made for pc cannot be maxed out and optimized like a console game can because no 2 pc's are the same. And by the way, no one programs a game with the i7 chip as there baseline, maybe an i5 but I doubt it.
