Piracy on the PS3 may be an issue, I'm not denying that, but this article in particular appears to be a little sensational (in the sense that it's just generating attention).
There have been countless occasions of developers closing (due to means other than Software Piracy)...

People did nothing but complain when Jim reviewed this game properly, by giving you his opinion. So, he reviewed it devoid of opinion to show that reviews are supposed to have opinions in them.
This review does not recommend the game, nor does it discourage you from buying it, and ultimately fails as a review, BY DESIGN.

Why does everyone assume you get a 3 month free trial? You don't Sony said that if you buy a year of Playstation Plus, you 3 months extra for free. It's not a trial at all.
