See every mac ships with the best version of Mac OS X, you don't have to pay extra to get the best features.

There are no computers, NONE, that support 64GBs of RAM or more in the PC market. The Mac Pro actually does 32 now. The only PC on the market that is close to what a Mac Pro can do is one of Dells machines, but it just matches the dual processor support, but not the thru put of the system. And also that system is alot more than a Mac Pro.

Also back on the Wind...

Apple probably wouldn't want to gamble all that money up front on a new console when it's doing so well now.

But I don't agree with you when you talk about the price of Apple's computers. First off there is not a computer on the market with a OS that can support 32GBs of RAM.

Also there isn't one that matches the CPU performace cheaper than a Mac Pro.

Also Apple computers have the best resale value of any computer company on the market. So when you buy a...

"If MGS4 fills a 25GB Blu-Ray, it would take FOREVER to download it here."

I was pretty sure MGS4 was the first dual layer Blu-Ray game to ship. And I think they filled it up. Correct me if I'm wrong

I don't see it. The only reason I'd buy a P.C. would be for games, and that's not enough of a reason when consoles are kicking ass. Plus I wouldn't have my P.C. hooked to my 1080P 120hz TV in my game room. I'll stick with Mac OS X and consoles.

I tried to let my brother download it, it locked me out for 24 hours, I was so ready to play too, on the first day it came out. It works like War Hawk.

He really paid close attention.

That GT5 is in native 1080P 60FPS, and Forza is not.

I think that video was awesome, It's a freakin movie. I couldn't believe it. I had to get my wife to watch. She was cracking up when Elena Fisher said she was "Last year's model".

The acting is top notch in that game.

And the Beta is awesome, don't let your friends try and download it on your account from another PS3, it doesn't work and you'll have to wait 24 hours before you get to play again, that's what happen to me yesterday, I'm waiting to get to play...

It's amazes me how companies can get away with saying something is "1080P", like it means something.

1080P is just a resolution, 1920x1080.

There is no way that the video quality on their streams will even be half of the the quality that a Blu-ray disc has. It's just not possiable on todays internet connects, or tomorrows. Especially instant on.

The sound and video will be compressed way more than what is on disc. It more than likely won't be ...

1080P = 1920x1080
Nothing more. It doesn't mean that it's uncompressed. That's all I was saying.
Yes, all video that has ever been shipped on DVD, HD-DVD, or Blu-ray have codec on the video.

You can have uncompressed video files on disc. They can be in the form of an uncompressed video files. Just like in the recording studio (which I work) you can have 24bit Wave files or 24bit Aiff files.

4:4:4 video is as raw and uncompressed as it gets.

that video on a blu-ray disc is compressed. The video is not true uncompressed 1080P. What is not compressed is the audio, with most movies using 7.1 uncompressed 192khz 24bit. Even though a blu-ray disc can hold 25 to 50 GBs of data, it's still not big enough to hold uncompressed video the length of a movie.

I believe that uncompressed video is around 128mb/sec. A 5 min music video is around 35 GBs or something stupid like that.

on release date. I'm a little confused about something. The people at the GameStop near me have such a problem with anything that has to do with the ps3. It makes it so hard to ask any questions because they want to give me bullshit everytime. They told me that they get all games a day or two after the released date. Is that true, does anybody know if games are supposed to be sold on released date like a game console is, or is the release date the ship date they leave where every there coming...
