This is because the Windows 10 version has its own player base than Steam version which is extremely stupid and Microsoft is abosuletly at fault.
Looking at the slim and pro the $100 gets you over twice the performance and storage, I say it's well worth it.

Amazon sells new pre orders for $48 with prime. No triple a game is going to lower that $60 price.
I was really surprised when this happened, Halo CE would have seemed like just another sci-fi fps without the music imo. Glad that Marty is suing, can't believe Bungie would fire him without cause after finishing Destiny OST.

No splitscreen in Halo 5 because the Xbox One wasn't powerful enough but Halo Reach was one of the best looking games on Xbox 360 and had split screen. Fans know Halo as the split screen FPS you play with friends over and it was not in 343s first Halo. That's not what fans want.
