Well they are all as you describe really. Tekken, street fighter, mortal kombat, soul calibur. Samurai shodown, king of fighters. All have these so called season passes that give you content that is allegedly not created yet. Its not just fighting games, alot of games do this. I have this game and i dont understand why all the bad reviews but now all of a sudden its got good reviews. Its an alright game. I liked it, it has a plausible story. You get to talk to a few npc who has their own background to whats going on. You get to use those laser rifles you see the T800 hundred use in the movies. Can be upgraded in a unique way with components you find on skynet machines you kill. You level up and pick a skill or passive trait. You can loot things, lockpick, hack turr...
I am suprised because Resident Evil 3 Nemesis was originally just a single player game. Resident Evil 2 and the recent Remake is also single player. When Resident Evil 5 came out as just a single player or Co operative online. But then later Mercenaries was introduced with a payment. I am all for RE3. I think its great that they are doing it and being so soon is a suprise. Its just this multiplayer mode I can just see the nickle and diming is coming in with weapons and specific characters etc...
