Both consoles can do 4k 60fps. It just depends on what's being pushed. HDR is commonplace these days.
They are not similar. PS5 has a different CPU setup. Different GPU Design regardless of cu units. SSD on PS5 is completely different because of the i/o system. Ram is not the same either. speed wise. The games will point the way.

So vega 64 has 8 more compute units and a higher clock speed, a higher tflops count and higher memory bandwidth. This is both cards benchmarked. So how little the difference is, regardless of everything being a higher number on vega...
