What would be interesting to see in the future would be new consoles that would be upgradable, it would make consoles more accessible while at the same time upping there game for graphics aficionados to compete with pc's. the 'low' or original specs could be the benchmark for developers, while hardware upgrades could benefit from a mid to high to ultra setting as the years go by.
though this is an interesting piece of tech, albeit introduced into a market thats already been cornered, i cant help but laugh at the fact that this is being praised as a low cost solution. This isnt even a revolutionary piece of tech and would bring a ps4 set-up to the same price as an xbox 1, not that i'm building up the xbox or whatever as only time will tell with kinect 2, but i just gotta laugh as how one sided the media is with regards to console favoritism.

1. No, but its tedious. In the age of instant gratification things as simple as consolidating all your media experiences are a major plus.

well the reasoning behind this is replay-ability. why spend resources on a campaign that you blow through once and costs a buttload to make? they put all their resources into consolidating the two which is why they got the result they got. a truly amazing multiplayer experience that is unique. that's also why they call in campaign-multiplayer.
the fact that the wii u version is being compared to current gen shows the fate that awaits it this november and on.
