I really hope this is nothing like Heavy Rain. Hated that game. Good review otherwise, though. I'll definitely be picking this up at the first sign of a price drop or sale.
Great review. Too many other reviewers don't understand the series and just dismiss it as "old fashioned." What those other reviewers don't realize is that this series is *about* being an old fashioned person in a modern world. That's the whole point.
Good to see some intelligence in the gaming press.
Great review of a truly exceptional game.
The meta-undead? Jesus, they really *are* after our brains.
A bunch of pud-pulling all around. I'm sure more than just these few sites do stuff like this. It's the fundamental flaw with content aggregation.
I wonder if these publishers realize that this means I will buy *fewer* new games rather than *more*. A bunch of idiots steering these ships.
This makes me sad.
So... when I can I pick up a mini-arcade stick for my 3DS?
Seems like yet another reason to wait a little while longer before getting a 3DS.
Nice review. Once there are some games I want and a price drop, I'm there.
Show me more. I still have no idea what to expect from this title.
Bummer. I think I'll pass on DA2. DAO was promising, but needed some improvements all around. Instead, DA2 seems like it scraps the good stuff in order to "streamline" the game. Too bad.
Big question mark for me. It's been too long since the last (good) MK.
Looking forward to it. I also hear that the single player is surprisingly brutal. I'm intrigued.
Wow. Sounds like an all around cluster-f&%$ of a launch. I wish more sites were willing to give games time to fix themselves. Release-day reviews aren't always the best indication of the final product (see, for example, New Vegas or GT5).
Don't watch much actual boxing, I take it?
That's what it seems like to me, too. Sony just can't seem to get its feet under itself when it comes to FPS games.
Interested to see if they can rescue the franchise after the turd that was Deus Ex Invisible War.
I wish this was playable on the PS3. I have a PSP, but I don't like playing games on it.
This and the new Jonathan Mak game are the two things I was most excited to see come out of E3. Super stoked!
