Looks good. The close range shotgun gif is a bit dubious - shoots the guy 3 times and he just stands there, but then just beats the crap out of him.
They haven't cut the price even further. It's just because Gamestop UK is based in Ireland, so they are are selling it at the Euro price, which converts to UK pounds at this cheaper price.

The PS4 is going to have a total of 8GB GDDR5 Ram, not the Devkit, the console you buy.
If it supports the Move controller, I assume it must support the DS3.

No they are the full games to play, for as long as you have your ps+ subscription. There some differences in the games for different regions i.e. we don't have Just Cause 2 in SCEE region.
