Yeah the Wii does lack on Mainstream games. To bad you guys are not real core gamers. NMH, RS2, Muramassa, and so many others titles are only available on Wii, but no pass on some quality hardcore games and stick with your mainstream titles.

Yeah kinda obvious the 50 Wii price cut wouldnt have the same impact as a new model and a 100.00 price cut... Obviously it's selling really poorly considering all they had to do or Sony fans wouldnt be acting like the new model was never launched and wouldnt be comparing it to the small boost a 50 price cut does.
Whats telling is how you wanna act like Okami, God Hand and so many others didnt fail on PS2 with 140 million install base. 3 times the Wii install base yet Okami sold better on Wii, RE4 sold better on Wii, NMH was Sudas best selling game beating the sales of everything they offered on the 140 million install base PS2.

Actually the PS3 is the least played console this gen. Been proven time and time again by every survey that tracks play times. It's sad that some random Famitsu poll is still used 3 years later as fact by every Wii hater who has never played one.
So many things are wrong with your post. First off casuals have been around since gaming began. "Fad" seems like the completely wrong word unless you actually think casual games didnt start til this gen which is, to be honest, ludicrous.

Actually most people would admit that SMG looks pretty good on an HDTV. I know it did on mine. Any other Wii game and most would agree with you, but you picked the wrong game to say looks bad.
The best GTA this gen is on DS. Just my opinion but that game had me more hooked than GTA4

To me the PS3 and Wii just seem like the better choice. I could have won a Wii or PS3 and right now I could play Conduit for free online or Resistance free online.

I lost my Wii in the divorce and won a 360 a few weeks back. It just sits there collecting dust. I tried so many of those "superior" games and after 20 minutes I get bored and quit.
I find it amusing that its obvious GI are Wii haters, if you cant see that then you are a Wii hater yourself. And showing up and claiming you own one doesnt mean anything. Lots of people on N4G claim to have one but they all make themselves look like casual gamers in the end.
