man that vita version is pretty bad looking and the pop in. dear lord entire mountains pop in, atleast add some lod to the mountains.

dont forget the price of the console. that can turn people off too when they could get something better for the same price.
there may not be a way to save this game but he could use the assets from this game to make new single player game in the same universe and maybe mitigate his losses.

its like if a person paints pictures at home and shares those pictures with his friends for free because he is just happy they like them. then some company comes in and says oh no you cant give away stuff that you make you have to charge money for it because we want part of that money.
too me it doesnt look like the texture itself was changed, atleast size wise, but the lighting used was changed to make the android look more smooth and fake. the textures on the other npcs look pretty much the same.
