Well if Activision can do it so should EA.
"Adding a second DVD to a game like UT3 would be a challenge because when playing online you might not know exactly what map you're going to be playing next and we have to be able to accommodate users of the core system."
From what was said here is doesn't sound likely.
"this guy apparently got a bad copy."
LOL quote of the day. Please explain how can someone get a bad copy?
What's the GPU got to do with anything? This is about CPUs.
I have HL2 and EP1 for PC too. I really like the HDR in EP1 but I thought the main reason for HL2 not having was because Valve were concentrating on the console versions. Might be wrong though.
I'm not being a fanboy but won't the console versions be better having HDR in the game? The PC version is yet to feature that throughout the game.
So much for all the "Compression can fit anything on a DVD" and "Blu-ray isn't needed this generation". This will be yet another thing the 360 fanboys will regret to slate.
THis should shut up all the 360 fanboys about multiplatform games being better on the 360.
The sooner they release the PC demo the better. I can't wait.
This should be good for PS3.
Medal of Honor is a great series. I just wish there were more demos for the PS3 though.
I think you might find the PS3 does do background downloading, has lag free online play with dedicated servers, a friends list and will have achievement when Home arrives. It'll also be getting a DVR function next year too.
Keep trying son, I'm sure you'll get it right sooner or later.
Depending on the price of this I might get the Collectors edition otherwise the regular one will do fine.
I find it rather pathetic of M$ to force people pay £120 for Vista just to get DX10. After spending £100s in not £1000s on a PC the last thing you want to do is waste more money on a OS that you don't really need just to get a newer version of DX. I thought Microsoft were all about letting the users choose what they want instead of forcing it upon them.
This is the first I've ever heard about this. I live in Scotland but from to looks of the prices I don't think I'll be going to this.
Can't people just go out for a run instead?
Lair looks good but I'd rather there was english voices in it. Just that Medievil games seem more english to me. But I think I'll be getting Warhawk first for the MP appeal.
This seems just too fanboyish. Im sure the PS3 can handle the Ai just that Ubisoft are either too lazy or are being payed to say that.
This is another game I'll be getting.
Mafia was a great game! I really hope they make a second.
