The same could be said about Halo 3. That was hyped more than anything ever has before.

I've played the demo and the game sucks imo.
An xbox 1 vs the xbox 360 would be a good comparison to see the difference between current and last gen hardware.
I take it the G92 and RV670 are the Nvidia 8800s and 2900 ATIs? Might sound stupid but I don't know much about those graphics cards.

Are the advanced bonus levels in Portal hard with a controller? I've nearly completed it and I'm gald I got it for the PC, keyboard and mouse make it so much easier imo.

Now I know why you have just one bubble. I'm not a "BOT" as I don't own a 360. I have a 60GB PS3 and the point I was trying to make was why does the new euro model not include the PS2 emulator when on other continents' PS3s do? What happens if someones PS2 breaks after buying a PS3? Then they are going to have to buy another PS2. No?

I bought this on PC because of the controls, dedicated servers, cheaper price, EA suck and I get to play TF2 as soon as it's finished downloading. Can't wait.
I too think it's stupid. The US get the 80GB models but Europe get the striped down 40GB models. Europe getting the shaft again.
Personally I don't care much just so long as they work then it's all good.
I liked the PS2 era the best. The reasons are:
Fanboyism didn't seem as bad as this gen
It was a major step up from the PS1
Amazing new types of games finally on consoles
Graphics looked awesome
It was cheaper
Korn are one of my favorite bands and now I'll certainly be getting this game at xmas.
