Yea I was thinking the same thing. I guess they rushed it to get a bigger share of the market (which paid off), but sacrificed on that rock solid part. Aside from my launch Xbox 360 though, I never had a problem with the 5 others I've owned. Hope they learned their lesson this gen.

On topic - I hope this game turns out good. I've been playing some Child of Eden and I'm really impressed how fast and responsive the gameplay is with kinect. Big improvement over anything I've played thus far. I'm REALLY liking the look and feel of this game, hopefully Sega can deliver on this one
