Let me list a few factors which hinders the growth of PS3 in Japan and results in the lack of support from Japanese game dev and therefore lack of good japanese games for the worldwide mkt gamers ...

XBOX 360's version really suck,
i drive and suddenly seem to hit something on the road ... and then the pop up, the load time and frame rate is annoying.

I have both versions and i must say that i disagree with KOTAKU.
And from reading this article, anyone can sense how this Michael guy is trying to make the Xbox 360's version appears to be equivalent to PS3's .... even though it isn't! (DLC is not even out yet! you don't even know what kind of content will appear for both version...wierd to mention it here)
The frame rate for Xbox 360's is noticebly inferior and has less sharper graphic.
