I share your contempt for churned out zombie games, the market is saturated.
However if you do your research into the game and the studio behind it you'll find that this isn't going to be just 'another' zombie game. The level of intensity and passion the developers are bringing really makes this an exciting project.
What makes you so certain Class4 will get canceled?
The size really depends on it's optimization. As it's an XBLA exclusive i'd expect some real stream lining to reduce the download size. 2-3gb seems more realistic.
Consider that Skyrim had an optimized install of only a few GB, large games optimized properly don't necessarily needs a large file.
True, but it is confirmed as an XBLA exclusive. Just means it'll be pushing the console pretty hard.

Aye, it's just interesting that it's been delayed this close to launch. There was a similar issue with the last batch of GEars 3 DLC, it got an undefined delay then was released 2 hours later.

I think notch's reaction was quite valid. The idea that Bethesda are getting so serious over the use of the word "scrolls" is ridiculous. They don't own the word, The fact that it's similar to their proprietary title is just a product of the genre.
TL;DR - Notch was right to challenge them to a quake match because it makes as much sense as suing over the title 'scrolls'.
