CoD games are so popular because they're highly replayable and addictive and have silky smooth, responsive as hell accurate controls with a smooth 60fps.

Well the royalties/profit from the game weren't there in the first place, so still, nothing has been taken.
Piracy may be wrong (in most cases), but it's not stealing.
And like said before, everybody is guilty of morally wrong acts. I don't go around telling people who watch movies at their friends house without paying royalties to the publishers that they are scum, so I don't think people that do that kind of thing (or have ever done that)...
I know, but the first one combined with the majority of the second one is too much for me. I want a new setting, and while the snow cave and the lost city were pretty cool, there wasn't enough of playtime through those two.

Doesn't need to be remade, just remastered. The game has a beautiful art design, but it would be even more amazing if it was anti-aliased and got rid of the jaggies.

Stealing means something was taken, as in that certain something is gone, and obviously pirates haven't "taken" anything, they've just copied it. I hope they patch this. Not because I think it's unfair, but because I don't think SAM turrets and sentry guns should be rewarded via care package. They should just be automatic like UAVs, counter UAVs and blackbirds.

Not necessarily. Some reviewers go by what they feel about the game, and you can't really blame them for that. Say a game comes out where there is nothing technically wrong with it, it has tons of content, no glitches, a long campaign and a multiplayer mode which does nothing wrong in a technical sense.

Yes, it was made for the casuals. People who hadn't already bought a ps3 up to that point were either casuals or people who waited for the ps3 to become popular.
There were tons and tons of great games available before the Slim came out, yet some people didn't give a sh*t about that. Having a tank that just continuously stays in one spot far away and keeps shooting at the MCOM while his team mates are also continuously repairing the tank is extremely cowardly. If CoD went exclusive to 360, then ps3 sales would plummet, and almost no casual gamers (who make up about like 70% of the market) would ever consider buying a ps3. It wouldn't matter how good ps3 games were, it would get horrible sales and would be in danger of going in the way of the dreamcast.
I love my ps3 to death, but if such a high selling game like CoD went exclusive to 360, it would greatly hurt ps3 sales, and then potentially hinder the quality of the games. <...
