Basic 3D is all that can be done on 360 though with the red and blue glasses thanks to HDMI 1.2... MS could update future 360s to 1.3 but that means cutting off previously sold 360s from new 3D games and that wouldn't go down well.. Still puzzles me why the 360 launched with 1.2 as 1.3 was the latest HDMI at 360 launch.
they gonna have to as theres not enough info about this game to get people excited enough to hand over RRP for this game.
Agreed and bullet physics on top of all that makes it an all around better game.
I'm certainly not buying it. I never bought the previous games and am not interested in this but I am from UK where the previous titles are pretty unknown here due to next to no advertising. Unlike the US they are not HUGE games.. Anyway's I got too many games in Feb-March without this clogging up my calender especially with all the JRPG's for Sony's machine.
@above agreed I got a lot of stuff for free from HOME anyways you can use it FREE and talk to others in your own room for free can you do that on live in your virtual room thing they made for free? NO! You gotta have a gold subscription for that thanks for futher proving my point Vega75. Not to mention MS are now making their own version of HOME with arcade you gotta pay to play. HOME too has them arcades but they are FREE (used to play em all the time in JAP arcade).
I think Natal should be dropped from big releases like Halo Reach because it requires processing power on top of the required power for the game. It will ruin big releases if anything. I wouldn't say gimping them but this is another example of MS playing things dangerously. They are basically taking 10-15% capability's away from power to run the game for a gimmick that may not take off its a big risk especially on their biggest franchise.
90% of MS audience is hardcore so they better be right but I honestly cannot see hardcore audiences liking this devices its TOO casual. I honestly think MS are playing too much on this and it could cost MS big time in the console war and untimely give Sony the edge they need to finally surpass them as Sonys gamers as varied from hardcore to casual whereas Wii are 90% casual 360 are 90% hardcore Sony are 50-50.
Also as for Cueil that was a completely fanboyish comment brining up ...
sounds disappointing i don't think i will be getting this expansion.
Call it an expansion(as you can up the price obviously!) and release on 360 as we all know 360 owners like to pay out there backsides for meaningless content. I mean they pay for online gameplay don't they? Something every other console does for free. The 360 was the perfect choice for this map pack as 360 owners are gullible fools who will pay out there backsides for anything with a big name on it. Not only that MS will have paid for exclusivity. Thank god Sony does not follow this frame of ...
Thats way too trusting but I guess if you pull it off good on you.
Awesome a great time to be a PS3 owner.
full of inconsistency says its half the price of what he bought the console for. Yet it's obviously out of warranty meaning more than a year old. over a year ago PS3 in the UK was well over the £350 mark. However I feel for him I had the exact same problem. I sold my broken PS3 and got a new one and it worked out almost the same. I got a years warranty on the new one plus I paid for an extra 3 years. RESULT. So sell the broken one on ebay for £120 then put the £130 towards a ne...
I agree whole heartedly with this article before I even clicked the link or read the mini description I thought Halo 3 and low and behold it was Halo 3. To be fair without the hype though it would be just another FPS.
Well 30fps is borderline as anything below 25 is jaggy and unplayable meaning a lot of people are now gonna wait for the device to be released and read reviews before buying it.
Wow wondered how long it would be before they ripped off HOME in some shape or fashion.. I'm surprised it took them so long to be honest.. Also 400 points per game?? They are free on HOME..
You know 360 is declining as they are starting yet again to fork out money for exclusives like the COD timed map pack. They wouldn't need to do that if there console wasn't failing.
More than Wii...Nuff said... Not even the 360 can match that. @qface it 3 million wii's worldwide
Yep just a map pack so meaningless and more proof Activision will do ANYTHING for money as no doubt MS will have paid them millions for the exclusivity. My problem with this is simple though. Why now?? Everybody who is probably gonna buy the game has nearly got it already this isn't really gonna boost sales of 360 THAT much. If they released this info before launch it might have actually made a difference..
with a date that far away it could still be delayed though.
Do we have to compare every non exclusive game??? OMG!!!
