hahaha, resistance doesnt even come close to comparing to gears. thats funny, and you cant even hear it when your playing a game, which is the only time it gets a little noisy because its the DVD drive not the fan.

i dont have a fan hooked up to mine and its a launch console. and have not had any problme with mine. so you think no ps3's are breaking just search for videos youll find em. the 360 may have had some problems, i dont know mine is fine and i know of no one personally who had one "melt" on them. but i know of no one whos ps3 has melted either. wait i dont know anyone who ownes one now that i think about it.

gears of war had one patch if i recall right. maybe two at the most. mine has worked flawlessly from day one. and i havent heard of one bricking at all (through someone i know, maybe over the internet which i find completely unreliable) and i know alot of people with an xbox 360. unlike ps2.5's. but if there is a problem the fact that they take responsibility and fix it. isnt that a good thing? how is not fixing a problem or ignoring it a good thing? ive already seen footage of ps3's crashi...
