Hardware and design is obviously in favor of Vita, but I play games, so I would have to say 3DS because the library is the most important thing to consider.
I think Sony's support of the system has been lacking, and without the games to differentiate it, it's hard to justify the purchase for many families versus a tablet, etc. I would assume that's why the sales lean in favor of the 3DS.
Yeah! I'm wondering how it's going to work!
I'm interested in seeing what this ends up being - I'm a big Nintendo fan and also a health enthusiast, so I'm wondering if I will see a win-win or if the two businesses will be completely different.
I'm interested in seeing what they do with the User Interface on the gamepad - I think the Wii U is perfect for JRPGs for this reason - or at least I can think of a lot of uses!
I think they are focused Q4 right now - sell what's there. All they needed to let consumers know is that more is on the way.
I have a hard time enjoying video games unless I put down other systems. /s
You're talking about different architectures here - has nothing to do with power.
I can honestly say that there are enough differences between the clones that it changes my play style both when I'm using them and playing against them. For example, I've got a decent read on the hitbox for Marth, but Lucina throws that out the window.
I main between Link and Falcon and can't seem to ever be truly successful with Ganondorf, so I definitely agree.
I'm not sure if you realize this, but your business is getting in the way of your journalism. It's hard to take you serious as a journalist when you flat out say that you need incentives or pay to cover something.
Instead, you come across as solely business focused - which is fine. Just don't make it sound like Nintendo is hurting your journalism efforts.
In addition, those of us who seek journalism will now know that your site covers those that ...
So many games to play this holiday!
Looks like all of the rumors were true!
This is one of my favorite comments. I don't understand why gamers don't celebrate every success like this! If you like a franchise, you should be happy it's seeing a release. That's a better chance for survival then not having a sequel.
Sitting on a specific "team" regarding the consoles is about as silly a thing you can do. Instead of hating that a game is releasing exclusively, be happy that people thought there was enough value in the franchise t...
They haven't always been horrible, but the Wii U and "new" 3DS do not give enough distance to the different devices. I'm thinking they are trying to keep it close to the 3DS without introducing another number in the title. I worked in retail for 7 years and I can tell you how horrible parents are at knowing the names of devices...
Again?! It's got to have some basis at this point.
They have to focus on 3DS sales first since it is launching first. The Wii U hype will come.
Remember, most of us will be getting the first one as a freebie as well! I missed out on it, so I'm looking forward to playing it!
Do you not like video games? Jk but both of those systems have great games now and on the horizon!
I'm sure they will have a Zelda face plate, right?
I'm all for pro-Nintendo articles, but it should stop at praising the launch - not demonizing the other companies.
