There was one wiiware game..some kind of guy running and you had to press only A button to play..amazing game I just cant remember the name.. some kind of japanese title from Konami.. something similar like Kotoro tamaki.. (wrong title..) but game is highly recommended

yes, you can't simply log (at least for now) with 3DS or Wii U on another console, BUT ..if something happen (I mean stolen console or not working).. you contact with Nintendo, tell them your NNID and maybe few more questions and you log on your new console with old NNID and password, your downloads dont get lost.. I hope that in a future Ninty gonna make it easer to do.. but still its better than to lose everything, isnt it?
Remember when Rayman: legends couldnt be released on time when Ubisoft wanted to release it multiplatform because of Microsoft policies?
