@DJK1NG_Gaming to my knowledge you can't use your account on other platforms with most games. For instance I've never been able to pull up my console account and stats on PC version of lets say Battlefield.
If crossplay really offered much to the devs you would see more of them push for it. The facts are if you buy the game multiple times for different platforms the devs make more money. How many people bought GTA 2 to 3 times. That's money in the bank for them.
