I have an iPhone4. It's great for email, a phone, camera and iPod.
It's not a very good platform for games. Same problem as Kinect. No buttons.
Playing SC: Conviction is just awkward.

Any accident over 50mph will end your race in real life.

The aim of the game is to race, get great lap times, win races and you do this by avoiding collisions.

There is a difference between creating damage physics for a handful of purpose build generic cars where each car will have the same effects (Burnout) and over 200 perfectly detailed copies of premium real life cars that allow different effects with each crash (GT5).
Add to that a further 800 cars with limited damage models.
What’s even more astounding is that all these impacts are occurring in a game that is running at 60fps and in 1080 resolution.
