Stuff like this is something I don't understand this gen. Last gen, dev's had no problem making games look better on the xbox. They didn't dumb them down so they looked the same as the ps2 version, so why did they start this gen? If one of the consoles can push more polys than the other why hold it back?
That doesn't make the slightest bit of sense...... If I can afford a new HDTV, PS3 and continuous upgrades to a PC while living in my own place I'm pretty sure I could afford the big ipod Jobs is toting around. I just don't want one. I just don't the point of paying 500$ for something that does much MUCH less than a netbook would for half the price....

That was a very good move from a business standpoint. Infuriating as a customer because you wouldn't get your money back, but it basically assures MS that they can keep any and all money that people throw at them. Very smart move
Yet here's the thing I've been picking up. I'm under the impression that the "Live" accounts AREN'T getting banned. The consoles are getting gimped instead. If you're violating the tos for Xbox Live shouldn't the Live account be the thing that's getting banned? Gimping consoles but keeping the account open doesn't make any sense to me, when the banned users can just go buy a new Xbox and keep using their account.

Dude no one said they were using AT&T when they were sending mms messages. It appears you Americans are the ones who don't get mms as up here in Canada Rogers ( the only iPhone carrier) fully supports mms as I've used it several times. Apparently it works fine in the uk as well
