First of all why do MS have to follow Sony in copying nintendo's IP, when Sony has been copying ninty all Gen. Its apparently obvious that MS has been successful doing their own thing with kinect and third party support.
Its Sony that has lost its way and need to bank off of nintendo's success by copying their games. First ssbb then their Kart racer. Hell they even copied Zelda with that 3d dot game that didn't sell to great.

forza isn't a grand turismo clone try harder. other than racing around a track and car collecting. forza differentiated by having car damage which GT only copied in GT5 when forza was doing it in the first game with physics, car customization,auction,ect. so if anything sony stole ideas from forza to add to GT and this seem to be no different.
I rather have a physical copy of my games. Only reason I care about DD is for my PC gaming. Because retail stores most don't stock up on PC games forcing me to buy games from steam,D2D,GOG,ect. But if I could get a physical copy instead, I would be happy
if you believe that BS then i feel very sorry for you. this has nothing to do with piracy, but more to do with lining publisher pocket with more money. you think these steps that dev's and publisher take have ever stopped people from pirating game or that it ever will?NO. just like used games aren't hurting dev's since the money from online passes goes straight to the publisher just like the intial sale the first time around.

Its a shame you don't hear many dev's say things like this cause they are too focus on greed and new ways to cheat their loyal fans. Its you that don't get it. Free doesn't put psn on the same playing field as the features in live. You can't used that lame ass excuse as " well free beat every feature thus making it even" it doesn't and because you may not use those feature doesn't mean they don't count.
