Cant happen, no 2nd screen and no touch screen on the Switch
Scorpios 6TFlops aren't enough for native 4K gameplay, it will upscale aswell. Even the GTX1080 can't hit 4K&60fps, and that card is almost 10 TFlops.
Let's hope the framerate is a steady 30 fps.
still way to expensive. The whole pack needs to be around 500USD/Euro mark.
I was talking just about the handheld part. Let's hope that the docking station grants additional GPU power for resolutions higher than 720p.
My prediction is a mobile gpu in the handheld which operates at 2x lower clocks and can be passivly cooled & requires less power. When you dock it it runs at the full clocks and the active cooling kicks in to get rid of the heat.
720p is good for a handheld, slower hardware can push all those new games at 720p without a problem. 1080p is double the pixels = 2x faster hardware required. And on such small screen you will almost not notice it. The Wii U has 2x less pixels than the 720p resolution (410.000 vs 921.000 pixels) and it looks fine. Not amazing, but just fine.
"But realism and fun are two separate things, and I’m not entirely sure that Assetto Corsa can be fun, particularly for the casual player."
Lol, but racing IS fun. If its realistic then its fun to drive, since real driving IS fun.
Cmon, let someone else make the review, not a guy who has no thing for realistic racing & complaining how its hard.
Rather read the Eurogamer review:

Just make another Crysis 1 game, huge open world with many, many options hownto approach an objective. That and some nice eye-candy.
@yeahokwhatever - it plays very nicely, but you have to be very gentle with the analog sticks (because one push to the end of the analog stick represents the movement of 450 degrees in real life), don't quickly twitch them like you do in Forza or GT6. Lower the degree of rotation in settings to 180 for example. And don't use the chase camera, use the bonnet or cockpit cam instead.
you can't compare those 2. pCars is waaay more an arcade racer, go and get Assetto, 95% of the tracks are laser-scanned (you can feel every bump) and the handling and physics are top-notch, it really can't be compared to pCars, it's in its own league.
Nintendo stated that this Zelda has no Wii U gamepad focus (probably because of the NX version), the Wii U gamepad shows just the map, so you will be fine playing it with your PC gamepad.
I get the feeling that we will be playing the new Zelda on this emu perfectly, day one xD
just change the voice of Yooka, it does not fit with the character.
Even the same class cars (GT3 for example) feel VERY different, the Z4 GT3 feels very different then the McLaren GT3. You'll enjoy it, the hype is real :)
I had the T500RS, sold it and bought the t300 Alcantara edition (comes with the T3P pedals). Thay edition costs same or less than the T500RS.
Watch an review like InsideSimRacing, they also agree that they prefer the t300, it has brushless motors so the FFB is more detailed. Dont get me wrong, the t500rs is an amazing wheel, but the t300 uses some newer technology which makes you feel every small bump in the road even more.
anyway, cant wait for the Thrustmaster di...
"the top PS4 racing wheel for F1 2016 is the Thrustmaster T500RS Racing Wheel"
Lol, that wheel is 5 years old. It has a bit stronger FFB then the T300, but the T300 has more detailed FFB and it also supports the F1 rim and it has full support for the PS4. So, get the T300.
skip it and get a TX/T300. or even the cheaper t150, because the force-feedback deadzone in the center of those Logitech wheels is really not acceptable.
Yes, even with the gamepad you will feel the weight of the car and its realistic handling. but DONT use the 3rd/outside camera, it gives a false impression of what the car is doing.Switch to the cockpit view and have a blast.
With a good whell (T300/TX) its another level of fun and realism.
you will be amazed, Forza / Gran Turismo really can't be compared with AC.
I'm driving iRacing, Raceroom, Automobilista, rFactor2, GT6, Forza M 6 etc, but none can touch on the handling and pure driving feel of the AC cars.
Just take the BMW Z4 GT3 around the (laser-scanned, every damn bump in the road can be felt) Nordschleife and I assure you that you will take that 7 min lap hundreds time more :)
That power will be enough to perform at PS4 level, almost same fidelity + same performance. Remember, 2x less power required to push a scene at 720p (Switchs screen) compared to PS4's 1080p output.
