Its not even on PlayStation yet. Not sure what you mean how well it did on Oculus or Vive, I'm assuming you're asking how it runs. Runs fine on the Vive, your head in the pilot's seat, not much else. Just for immersion.
I'd agree with moldybread on this one. The option for incremental upgrades of hardware already exists. The reason it worked for Apple and others is that you can't really assemble your own phone hardware to comply with GSM/LTE systems etc. Consoles are playing in well known territory.
Mind you, not everyone (I'm being kind, while grinding my teeth here), has the skills, resources or drive to learn how to build, upgrade and maintain their own computers. If the lay...
Wow... never thought of it like that, but kinda yeah, it kinda is. Mind you, the 32X and SegaCD were more of less life-support for a dying console. The iPhone is a good analogy, but the 32X life-support extension is kinda relevant as well.
Also, Andrew House is one of Sony's worst frontmen. He shouldn't do speeches/reveals/interviews IMO. Mark Cerny on the other hand, I could listen to him narrate paint drying for hours. Like what the hell is with that guy?
This is all really interesting. We rip on sites like IGN or Gamespot for failing to use the full spectrum of the review score scale. Nothing there ever goes below a 6 it feels. So... when someone goes lower than the defacto-industry passing grade score, we go apeshit.
I did. It's crap. Has anyone blamed video games for this? Anyone? Why would gameranx go and make a click bait article headline like this unless they WANT the discussion to happen, yet again. Even though they're arguing that games didn't help cause this, has anyone said it has this time? It's like me saying X group didn't do 9/11. It'll spark the discussion about who did 9/11, again.
It was a terror attack by psychos, plain and simple. Nothing to do w...
A bit steep for some. Unity won't be doing them any favours. But Night Dive Studios make good products and support their games. Look at the support for Turok so far. Not bad.
Git'n gud is the reason people play the Souls games. The biggest draw to the game is the near vertical difficulty curve in them. Not the graphics, the story, sound, music, etc, even as fantastic as those properties are. The need and desire to git gud and gud'er over whatever challenge you just overcame is the addictive quality of the games. Each encounter becomes a puzzle, not only a challenge of skill, but using trial, error and guile to figure out and exploit the weaknesses of the n...
I might kinda agree that the DOA franchise is going further and further into the gutter but really, cut the sanctimonious BS please.
Shocker, the female form is attractive. Get off your high horse. If some basement dwelling kids like to get off on some art form no matter how sleazy you think it is you don't get to make judgement over that.
The DOA series has a target audience. You're not part of it obviously, and neither am I, that's okay. Move on...
