The 2D / 3D thing and RPG / Platformer isnt selling it at the moment. It will need a strong story to keep it on track I think.
Think Crime and punishments was the better of the 2 games have to be honest. This isn't a terrible follow-up by any stretch of the imagination.
The only downside to this game really is the online element, there is no one online to get the achievements against.
I'm not sure, I think Gears of War had some huge marketing behind it so review copies went out early. Battlefield and Titanfall had a lot of streamers etc showing off the game in advance, but review copies went out much closer to the release date. Battlefield had the early enlisted edition, and the main release so it may have been spread over week.
Think it's out on Android this year as well
The only thing that is annoying is I can see it being a micro transaction fest as it starts to progress. I mean the 2.49 for a 'treasure map' is already a bit silly
For any PC gamers who have a 4K setup this must be totally mind blowing. Like others have said imagine what Scorpio would be pushing.....
I think it takes a bit of getting used to, the bond is a.bit of an acquired taste, I see what they were doing but if they had something like limit breaks (it will always get referenced against the ff series) which was per character rather than per pair it would have maybe worked better?
This game needs an objective marker. But for an indie game it's pretty good. Turn based RPG as well brings back a bit of FF7 nostalgia
I think its more that some people didn't listen to the hype and build up and rate it what they see, and others are obviously upset that they have been short changed so to speak.
How many adverts on that site? Didn't even get as far as the pictures because of the pop-ups on mobile

From what I saw when they were live streaming it, the game looks half decent. The movement did look a little clunky, considering recent releases you'd think they would want to address that early on. But then it may increase screen tearing and from DFs latest video that appears to be an issue already even at 720p / 30 fps
Although I'm waiting for the PC version. I don't own an Xbox. It's actually more dissapointing that nothing has been mentioned on the PC vers...
I'm guessing in the sense that Alan Wake and Quantum Break have both been Xbox Only? Either way I understand the comparison although Naughty Dog has the upper hand in the comparison.
