I never said mandatory. They need to capable of achieving 60FPS. The current consoles are just not strong enough.
It should always be up to the developers of how to do their games but one thing they should not be able to say anymore is that the systems are not powerful enough.
If the system is powerful enough to achieve 60FPS they will do it. Devs want to see their games running at their best on every platform its available. ...
So now we have it. $29.99 is not bad at all for the standard edition. Already own the original State Of Decay.

I don't want to hear anything about a new console before 2020 with possible launch in 2021. LIke I said before, Native 4K / 60FPS is a must so until that is possible I am happy with what I have. Even it I have to wait another 5 years.
BC is a must feature going forward for consoles.

Switch can sell well all day but the Xbox destroys it in games.
Destiny, The Division, PuBG, Halo, Monster Hunter World, Call Of Duty.
I can all day with this one. Switch is non factor.

My problem with PS is that they do not seem to believe in multiplayer and until they do I will never buy one again. I have owned a PlayStation 4 and a Pro. Sold them both because single player only games are just not worth there prices to me anymore.
Every game Microsoft makes has a strong multiplayer so I have something to keep me playing for years until the sequel comes. Bought Halo 5 in 2015 and still play it regular in 2018 while waiting for ...

Xbox has the best exclusves to me like Halo, PUBG and Forza. They are better than anything PS and Nintendo offers. Thats my opinion.

Its not whether they are worth it or not. What choice do you have? You have to pay $65 for day 1 new releases.
If PS or Nintendo offered a service like Gamepass you and everybody else would sign up for it.
Now if there was a service like Gamepass where your 1st party titles would be there day 1 and it still sold those millions then its worth it.
And lets not forget all we have to do is pay $9.99 while they pay $65 for lame single player games with no multiplayer for replay value. Beat the game in a day or 2 then its off to Gamestop because there is nothing left to do with it. LMAO
