Lets be honest, the upgraded consoles can't be upgraded significantly. That would cost too much and make devs have to optimize for different hardware. If I remember right, ps4 and xbox have an apu meaning that's what will be upgraded if they want any kind of performance gain.
If they make the jump from say a 960 to a titanx type of performance gain, then they will treat the old ps4 like how they treated the ps3 in multi-gen games. Like trash and lazy.
But they did specify "badass". Cortana shouldn't even be on the list.
They made the map extremely replayable. I find myself just testing out different ways to infiltrate. And the AI is damn good. Big factor right there. I got the game for free so I might be biased, but I think they did awesome work on it and I hope they continue with each episode.
