Having played ID games since Doom - I don't know why I haven't been able to get into Rage... could be because UC3 and Skyrim have taken up so much of my time since I purchased it, but I hope to get more time with it - first few hours or so aren't very interesting IMO
if you were on the fence about buying this game - you get to have a gun battle while riding a cart pulled by gimps..thats right "gimps" lol

Music has been "stolen" since cassette tapes could record the song off the radio ( or even before I'm sure ) and moves have been copied since beta and vhs cassettes have existed ( or even before I'm sure ) and games have been downloaded illegally since BBS boards ( or just making copies of store bought copies )

I always assumed the timeline of the Animus would move forward in time - dunno why I got that impression - but some Assassins in Ancient Egypt sounds fun - guess it would make since to have some "ancient" times given the the story though

I could deal with the in your face racisim she exhibited in the first game - even the "go f_ck yourself" attitude she had in the second... but what I couldn't take was that damn poetry - seriously it was awful "Oh captain my captain" -wtf?
This is definitely a triumph in story telling in a open world environment - but I don't agree that games like the Upcoming Saints game have to all follow a certain formula when the game's intent is so different in terms of game play and "story" which I use loosely with any Saint's Game
if they actually pull off a good movie - anyone else think Gavin Rossdale could play Harry Flynn if there ends up being a second??? I'm thinking of the character he played in Constantine as somewhat of a reference plus I think they look similar... <edit> just "youtubed" the thought - guess I'm a couple years late with that idea lol

I think Japan has always set itself apart from the rest of the world in gaming simply because they are the birthplace of the Nintendo and PlayStation - so I feel this separation is well warranted - only in recent years do I feel like the "japan" game stigma might have developed a negative connotation from the view "by some" that Japanese games may have become stagnant (and lets face it - you usually can tell if its a Japanese game) - luckily we have more choices then ever ...

Finally purchased the "move" + "sharpshooter" bundle with Resistance 3 - and I have to say I also found the aiming to be very sluggish. Patch 1.04 will hopefully be a welcome addition....
