Ugh... I can just picture the headlines if it ever comes out "The Dark Souls of beat em ups". XD
Sigh... Millenials... News flash, the world didn't start with you. Nintendo has a storied home console history with 30+ years of timeless classics. Just because you're too young and uninterested in gaming culture doesn't mean that the VC is not a worthy feature. Not to mention that people have invested money on VC content and carrying it over to the new system can only be beneficial for the consumer.
That dpad looks horrible... Also, why do these "pro controllers" always tend to have asymmetrical analogs? I would do some sort of modular controller where you could switch the dpad and analogs. As it stands it's basically "here's an Xbox controller for the PS4".
I have mixed feelings about the Order. The setting and the story were great. The graphics are still some of of best the system has to offer. However the generic cover shooter gameplay and the linearity makes me feel like they ran behind schedule working on the graphics and engine and had to slap the gameplay in at the last minute. I would make The Order free on Plus so that more people can play it and then make a legit sequel with improved gameplay. I'd be a shame to waste an IP with so m...
It says the game is 6-8 hours long. I think what they are trying to do is reproduce the concept of limited continues like in old school NES games. Odd choice in this day and age.
My PSTV is just jam packed of PS1 classics.
It also ain't a console...
They're not really known for being rational. XD
3DS is not "current generation" nor a "console"...
Well it's not game breaking. It happens every once in a while but it breaks immersion. Kind of hard to describe. It's like the framerate unlocks and then goes back down. It's more of an annoyance than anything but you should still try it.
Hopefully we get a PS4 Pro patch or at least a patch to smooth out that weird stutter that sometimes happens when playing in boost mode. I loved Dying Light and it's great that the team is still supporting it. But as it stands right now if I want a better experience I have to play on PC instead of PS4, where all my online buddies are.
It's a given, the game feels different... Didn't stop me from earning all the gems on Crash 1. People need to adapt and overcome. If playing the old way doesn't work then figure out the new way. I found that now Crash has a split second of grace after reaching the end of a platform. If you jump at the moment you start to fall you'll reach all those jumps. If you just jump like in the original you'll miss the jump completely or slide off the edge when you land. It make tak...
Of all the characters in Capcom's storied history they went with Abigail??? Who thought this was a good idea??? They could've brought back Sodom or prettier much any other character who was actually a fan favorite... Not this forgettable Hugo head swap...
At this point multi-player is the only thing that would be big enough to make me dive back in...
That would be a huge slap in the face to Xbox One early adopters...
Still trying to 100% Crash 1. I'm taking my sweet time. But I remember Piston it away, and I'm NOT looking forward to doing that under the present circumstances. XD

It's beyond rage inducing dying near the end of of stage while trying to get a colored gem and then have to quit the stage, go back to the map where by default Crash runs to the next stage, make him run back and going back to the stage g...
I was thinking the exact same thing. SW pretty much felt like an expansion of Duke Nukem 3D. Not bad by any means, but it brought nothing new to the table.
Me too... For the NES... which makes the Xbox game look like a cake walk. XD
As always, hoping for a Demon's Souls / Bloodborne announcement. Ready to be disappointed but hey, a guy can dream. XD
