It was a good deal for a lot of their final fantasy games on pc. They have however changed the prices to be only 30% off. I'll just keep waiting.

The campaign is great. The multiplayer is just not as good as the first one. I miss the chaotic hectic nature of the first one. Pretty sure it's going to be as powerful as the ps4 and xone. Considering we will have 2 sets of xones and ps4s companies are making games with both in mind the switch will be there too.

The same thing happened with d2. The original d2 is not what everyone remembers. When that came out it was ok much like d3. However when lords of destruction came out it changed everything about design and made it better. That's what everyone remembers. That's the game that added rune words, charms, sockets, jewels, balancing. They did the same thing with diablo 3. Main game was bad then reaper of souls came out and fixed the game.
Always found it weird the ps3 could do it with games you bought digitally. All they did was make you press start and change the disk. Different structure I guess.
It beats trying to buy this game. It went up to 20 at gamestop and that's if you can find it.

Nope power had nothing to do with my purchase. Granted i understand I'm not everyone. I bought the xbox one because, well, I wanted it more than a PS4. Liked the controller more much like I did on the 360 vs ps3. To be fair the power isn't a big deal anyway I have a gaming pc that out performs both but I just enjoy consoles.

Different times though. Back then people weren't into graphics as much as they are now. I think if a more powerful console is only 100 bucks more than the competition people would pay it. I'd pay for the Scorpio if it was 500. It's a fair price if it's really that much more powerful than a ps4 pro. Noone knows the price so it's all just assumptions.
But they could've kept it at the same price. Price is a bad example especially when Microsoft gives it to you for no extra cost. Yeah it may be the lower end uhd player but it still plays 4k movies. A lot of people don't have the Internet for 4k streaming either. I don't. Hell they still offer dial up where I live. Dial up can you imagine going back to that?
Because it would've been a bad uhd player for the price according to everyone I see comment on it. Oh and I was told earlier today it's also because there isnt a demand for uhd. I care because my Internet sucks for streaming 4k. Plus this argument of no one caring is idiotic. Everyone cared when the ps3 had a bluray player in it when bluray was barely a thing. People should want a video player in their console. It lessens the clutter and money you have to spend for a player sperately. Also when last gen the ps3 was struggling to have games worth while, not the entire time obviously, and people still thought that bluray player was a god send.
