Tough question.. but i think its Obsidian. Its one of those companies who stays true to its roots. Always doing what they really want and enjoy. They dont make popular genres, but they always deliver it. Hope the stay for a long time.

Not a designer but a company overall. Bethesda hands down. Fallout 4 was a success thanks to the hype and the preorders, nevertheless that game can't be compared to its predecessors. The future quaility of ES6 its really in danger.
