Many enjoyable games on the list, but Super Mario Galaxy 2. That game was pure fun. Trimmed the fat, no story or anything... just focused on the great gameplay.
Metroid Prime... I could just watch/listen to the menu music for like an hour.
Pretty good numbers for The 3rd Birthday. Now let's hope that a new game in the series arrives on the PS3. Kitase said it is possible...

I don't really care if people take games seriously or not. At the end of the day, I enjoy them, so that's all that matters to me!

The DS sort of had an off year. I wish Okamiden was released already...
As do I, actually! Although, I'm very, very pleased that we're finally getting some new worlds in 3D. Perhaps they'll finally work on III after 3D... Or not... We'll see.
This reminds me that I still need to play Epic Mickey!

Well, I really liked Kirby's look! Some people thought it was too kiddy, but it was fine by me. Actually, I still have to go back and finish a few levels!
