Man I hope this means the 3DS is coming this year...I just don't want to wait. So many games for the system on the way like Ocarina of Time 3D, Kid Icarus, Mario Kart, Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil...The list goes on and on. Then there is the 3D itself, improved online (supposedly), 3D movies on the go, 3D pictures...
Sad that practically no one on here cares about Golden Sun anymore, but I'm excited. It honestly seemed like it'd be delayed to next year.
Finally the sales of Wii Party are dropping. I think that's like the first time in awhile they've dropped considerably.
Yup. I agree with you about the textures. At least I know I'm not the only one who doesn't believe that those upgraded textures make it look like a high-end console game... I'm sure Skyward Sword will look better anyway, at least artistically.
Can't say anything bad about that statue. And I'll get more Bayonneta any way I can!
jazzking - Basically some of the textures have been redone. But I don't want anyone to get the impression that those screenshots indicate that that's how a Zelda game would look like on a high-end console... Since that's simply not the case. Changing a few textures doesn't mean you can make a game look like it'd be on an HD system.
Same. Players should just put any comments aside they've heard previously and try to enjoy it for what it is.

This game is just a couple of days away from being released in stores now. I'm wondering what gamers will think of it. Critics have had a wide array of opinions, and I think the same thing might happen with everyone else. I have a feeling that there will be a lot of different feelings about Other M's story.
I like Saints Row, but I don't think I'll forget how the crowd at E3 laughed when Saints Row was announced for the 3DS.
Definitely looking forward to playing this myself.
I still can barely believe this is happening. For a long time it sounded like Nintendo simply had no intention of reviving Kid Icarus even though quite a number of fans were clamoring for it to return. Uprising won't exactly play like the old games, but I'm glad Pit is back.
I feel sad that the Dragon Quest series has been ignored in the West for the most part. Even IX, which has done better than some of the past games, will never reach nearly the same success as it did in Japan.
I feel like we've been waiting for Mirror's Edge 2 for awhile...
The Sims 3 isn't even out for consoles yet!
That review of Metroid: Other M just goes to show how mixed the reviews of the game have been. I've seen scores in the 6's, 7's, 8's, and 9's.

I really want this game to succeed for a number of reasons
1) The gameplay seems engaging.
2) Warren Spector is one of the awesome developers out there.
3) Epic Mickey can make a great video game character.
I could have sworn you asked that like two days ago. Or maybe yesterday. It officially comes out on August 31.
You might be right, I just get the overall feeling that not too many people are interested in this game on here.
And Lucreto, I highly doubt that there will be a special edition. Nintendo usually don't do special/collector's editions.
