Looking at that list, I've got to say that I didn't have any problems with any of those issues. The only ones I noticed were the frame rate issue and Jasper talking inside the sanctuary issue. I never had the game crash or gotten stuck anywhere.
Now, having said that, I still found the game extremely disappointing. I have issues with the gameplay and story.

Fable 3. I had extremely low expectations for the game and I still ended up being disappointed (yet extremely happy that I only rented the game).
I don't see how 360's graphical capabilities result in PS3 games being crap. Sure, they may not be as pretty, but great graphics do not equal great games.
I've never liked playing games on the PC. I've grown up playing games using a controller and it just seems natural. The only stuff I like playing on the PC more is stuff like The Sims or a few RTS games. The whole keyboard and mouse thing has never felt natural or fun to play with.
Really, it all comes down to preference. Some people like one over the other. People like this who have these elitist attitudes need to get over themselves.
It seems Bungie is re-writing canon a little bit by introducing the Spartan IIIs on Reach. From previous information released by Bungie, Noble team is comprised of a group of Spartan IIIs, Jorge being the only Spartan II in the group.

I'm most disgusted by the amount of applause given by the audience to certain responses, especially when the 'sexpert' was giving the response.
I wish religion was just between a man and his god. Sadly, this isn't the case and people are constantly trying to push their religion on those who only want to live their lives how they choose.
The game the kid was playing has nothing to do with what he did to the baby. He could've been playing Tetris and lost and the result would have been the same. The kid appears to have anger problems and should never have been left alone with the child. Add to that the way he tried to cover up what he did, let alone the fact that the mother is carrying his child, then we have a teenager who obviously hasn't matured past that of a child.
Don't get me wrong, he shouldn't be forgiven ...
Favorite Part of Kinect = All the possibilities the new technology allows and the ingenious ways people will find (and have already found!) to use this technology!
