yes it doesn't have plane or car but City is looks Real life but gameplay is not much realastic so that's what calls Arcade mixed with Realasim same goes for Saint's Row 2.
we all know most peoples says SR1 flop or whatever but because it was too realastic like True Crime New York City. but GTA4 followed that path but fans are saved them from loss ;)
