People keep saying this, except it's not being developed by UBISOFT. Massive is developing, Ubi is producing. Even before Watch Dogs was discovered to be a giant turd, it still shouldn't even have been mentioned in the same sentence as The Division. @ Septic, I completely agree.
I've had it since Friday, played a bunch and it is a little better than average. There's no comparison with Infamous in image quality, second son blows away Watch Dogs. It was a game that was build ground up on last gen (360,PS3) then ported up to current gen. It's completely obvious. It's difficult but you'll all see soon enough. The lighting is very flat, but in some parts I'm impressed.
