The next gen for gaming is just trolling and hating everything... It's sad and the main reason the mainstream will always shy away from the gaming crowd. no the game was canned years ago. Even if they said it's coming to PS4 why believe them after this many years of it not being made?
These people don't get paid to review the game great otherwise there would be nothing but 10s for it from everywhere... he more than likely didn't play the game thought it would be good and just gave it a 9/10.
