nonono, you can buy Peace Walker from the PS3 PSN store on your PS3 then you transfer the game to your Vita. Some PSP games are not on the Vitas PSN store ^but if you do that trick you can get them on your Vita

Usually when they announce new games at E3 its always some short teaser trailer that doesn't show much gameplay anyway, but now all the games have already been announced they can just start of with a bang and show gameplay straight off the bat.

I disagree with yous, it will come out Q4 2012 the game was revealed last year so it'll come out this year, GoW:A was revealed this year so it'll come out next year.
Only way it'll get a 2013 release is if ND ask Sony for extra time but the game has been in development since Uncharted 2 was released

How do we know that the list games is just the games there showing at THERE press conference? maybe FFV13 is not listed (as well as FFX HD) because it's gonna be at Sony's press conference?
because if FFX HD isn't listed that's a bit odd isn't it? it doesn't take this long to upscale a game to HD (they announced it back at TGS)and if they were going to show it it would no doubt be at Sony's press conference, THUS we have my theory above
