Picked this up for my PS3. An absolute blast to play with a few friends. It's a steal at this price.

Indeed it is. The shoddy port soured my motivation to pick it up. Not much of a PC gamer - always preferred having one console dedicated to games.

A few titles have tempted me to pick up 360 over the past few years:

Alan Wake
Bayonetta
Gears of War
Left 4 Dead

These titles combined with Live almost made me take the plunge. I just couldn't justify spending the money and commit time to another videogame console (adulthood really cuts down game time). I've just settled on having Uncharted 3, Twisted Metal, and Starhawk to get my fix.

We'll see...

As a PS3 owner since 2008, I've been satisfied with my purchase. But I do think Sony has lost the plot in a few areas:

1. Drop portable gaming. It's a dying breed that is quickly becoming consumed by Apple products, tablets, and cell phones. If anything, the Vita (with added cell phone service and text messaging) should have been Sony's answer to the iPhone.

2. Step up the online service. Multiplayer gaming is a huge part of gaming's ...

Right after college I quickly realized how much money I was wasting buying games I knew I would never fully complete.

Enter adulthood: full-time job, part-time job, online courses, family, friends, gym.

One PS3. One copy of Uncharted 3.

Less is more.

In my opinion gaming reaches its peak with co-op. There is nothing like teaming up with some friends and playing a great game. The experience is unrivaled in gaming.

And the ability to do so in my living room, no matter how far away my friends are, is the icing on the cake.

I'm still hooked on Uncharted 2's co-op. The ability to play through Uncharted 3 with a friend would...well...it would make me wet my pants.

Notorious means unfavorably known. Try replacing notorious with known, respected, or recognized.

I believe most games are simply too long. Most people have a lot of responsibilities and priorities ahead of gaming. It's different when you're in elementary school and the SNES is your sole reason for existence.

Cut game lengths from 15-20 hours (and this length is considered short nowadays) to 8-10 hours. Cut game prices from $60 to $30-40. Gone are the days when I could lock myself in my room for 6 hours after school and not worry about anything else. Growing ...

Hands down N64 had the greatest wrestling games (Revenge, Wrestlemania 2000, No Mercy). What ever happened to the Aki and THQ partnership? I can't tell you how many hours I spent with friends brawling the night away. Good memories.

Seems today's wrestling games are too involved with realism and authenticity -- they should use the AKI/THQ wrestling engine as a staple for today's wrestling games.

I understand the skepticism for a game earning such drastically different scores in addition to the mediocre demo displayed, but what we've all played is just that - a demo. And a rough one at that.

The Aliens vs. Predator franchise is pure nostalgia for me and it hasn't been treated well over the past decade (I'm looking at you, Paul W.S. Anderson). I hope this score is accurate because it deserves its due.

Why people still shop at GameStop when Amazon provides better prices, no tax, and free shipping on all games. They even deliver products in brand new, shrink wrapped condition! Imagine that!

I assume the less-informed video game consumers (children 12 and younger, parents) view GameStop as the mecca for gaming. Especially around the holidays. It's a shame.

I stopped shopping at my local GameStop after the second time I traded in a game. I walked out of the sto...
