They'll give Halo: Spartan Assault for sure. They do not base the games they give on Metacritic score. So I would expect games like HSA, Lococycle, Powerstar Golf, Zoo Tycoon, maybe some indie games, ...
I think it's something that should stay on everyone's opinion. Hype is not something general, I was really hyped for TF and it lived up to it. But if someone wasn't hyped for this game, obviously it didn't.
Well I don't think he is boring. In the books, when it's about his life, it's very interesting to see how he was kidnaped and trained with his friends, Fred, Kelly and Linda.
In fact, it's because he does not talk a lot that I find him an interesting character. Also, his relationship with Dr.Halsey is quite intriguing.

That's why Ryse CAN look better. I'm not saying InFAMOUS is worst. In fact, I think that InFAMOUS is a better game, but visually Ryse has better graphics. I'm not talking about resolution, I'm talking about textures, x2MSAA and those things.
