Titanfall compared to those two games, is not much of a success when you factor in all the millions that went into exclusivity and advertising. Titanfall is a MARKETING success, nothing more.

By being acquired by other company? Other than that, as long as it is a Microsoft's product, it won't change much. It's exclusive games library will start to shrink to begin with once most third party exclusives become multiplatform like Dead Rising, Titanfall, PvsZW, and maybe even others.
