How was it ignorant? Really, I'd love to see you explain it. Everything I said was entirely true. MS is being pro active about helping their customers, Sony screwed the pooch and didn't say squat about the PSN outage and the credit card hack for weeks.

It's been proven that the problem effects an incredibly small percentage of Xbox 360 owners and that MS is proactive about finding these customers and replacing their consoles with BETTER consoles and free Xbox live time.
As opposed to, you know, denying that there's a problem for weeks and then saying, "SURPRISE! OUR NETWORK HAS BEEN HACKED AND YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO MIGHT HAVE BEEN STOLEN!"
