Besides telling you if your information might have been stolen. They dont need to tell anyone anything. If they told anyone how they are fixing the problem and when that would be suicide. Why does no one get that.
Its best for them not to say anything until they are done with fixing the problem. For one if they give out any information on how they are fixing it some assholes could try to stop them from fixing it and they have to be one hundred percent sure before they say anything or there could be more outrage. None of you know how to handle situations like this or how to run a business so until you run a huge corporation and have solved huge problems like this STFU.
