That's just whining in my honest opinion. They have this release day and can't simply delay that (you know PRODUCTION is not made in DICE office...). Be happy that they are actually optimizing their product instead of forgetting. And you get a huge game for a price that very few games around really deserve.

It's clearly not broken on release. They said that this patch fixes some secondary quests issues (maybe some journal non updating and such). Calm down people.
