I might have came off as an a** but this is getting ridiculous. When will people start paying attention and stop being surprised by these things.
My only point was that if you don't want to be "screwed" then you read the fine print. It was always a possibility and at the start you have a chioce to make. Take it back then and get your money or keep it and take a chance.
Still this seems like too much for some people.
Obviously you were not intelligent enough to understand the EULA/TOS when you agreed to it. I guess you can use this as a lesson. Do not press agree unless you know what you are agreeing to.
All of this could have been avoided if people read their EULA/TOS. Don't like the terms? Put the console in a box and take it back.

Stop lying kid you didn't play HR. You think you might have realized you weren't going to like the controls from the demo.
I have deleted my comments in this article because motion controls are for the casuals and discussions on motion controls are for even lamer than the controls themselves.
Flank them come from behind and knife them. These fools spend so much time looking down feild they never see it coming. I don't mind snipers in big maps like BFBC2 has because you can always get them back if you want.
Snipers are really the most vulnerable players in the game. Up close they have to switch to the side arm to even kill you.
I would be happy if they made squads bigger. I don't care for hearing a full team of mics sounding off during my play but having 2 more people on my squad to talk to would be nice.
I don't think being able to hear the whole team is good at all. If you guys don't like all the snipers then you should be playing the squad based game modes. Squad Rush, Squad Conquest and Squad Deathmatch are where it is at. These squad game mode seperate the BS campers from the real players.
Remember when they were saying that Operation Flashpoint would top it? Buncha BS IMO.
When I don't have a squad to play with I make a game out of flanking snipers and giving them the knife.
Shoot them in the head and it will only take 1. Lots of recoil with a HMG so you cant just hold that trigger down.
