The Wii is made up of components that have been around a long time. Sony and MS didn't steal anything. They improved it. Wii uses infared and accelerometers. Sony and MS do not use that combination with their devices.
EDIT: I see you are talking about stealing people. That makes more sense they shouldn't be able to offer a better product to those casuals. They chose Wii and they shouldn't be given any other options right?
With one hand it has grips on both sides. You only use the stick and triggers on the side the buttons are on. I have big hands so it is quite easy for me to do.
From what I can tell Kinect, Move, and Wii appeal to the casuals and kids.
My wife and kids would take any of them. Probably call them by the wrong names too.

What you say is true but Sony allows you to use what you have if you dont want to invest that whole ammount. You can ues the Dualshock3 as the navigation controller and a used camera will only cost you about 20$
I have a camera and I don't mind using a Dualshock for Navigation and trigger so I think I'll only be out of pocket 50$ to try it out.
